[SOLVED] Which Ram should I go with

I already have a 2x4GB Ram: G.Skill Ares DDR3 1866: so is there a possibility of putting 2x8gb that i would buy with 2x4gb that i already own?

1)Does your motherboard support those kits?

2)To answer your question: They can be put together, but no one can guarantee whether the 2 kits will get along with each other nicely. If you choose to combine them, it's recommended you run different memory tests:
Memtest86, Prime95 Blend Mode, and AIDA64 Memory test, are a few.
