Which should i upgrade first? Gpu or Cpu with new Motherboard?

Heres what i currently have.

Motherboard: N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX (Alvorix)
Gpu: Amd Radeon 6670 1gb ddr3
Cpu: Amd Athlon II x2 3.5ghz

if i dont need to upgrade my cpu, im looking to buy a Amd Radeon 6850 or something.

What is your make, model, and specs of the power supply? You may need to upgrade that first for the 6850.

I'd go for the 6850 first. Sapphire gets good reviews.
