Which UK ISPS block VPNS like that on the Opera Browser or Torrents and Which don't?

Girlfriend is looking for a new ISP without any annoying blocks, especially for TV torrents etc given how bowing this lock down is

cant really say to be honest, im with nowtv - no issue with operavpn, but some torrent sites are blocked due to uk court order. Are you sure ISP is blocking VPNs or if google is blocking it?

My expeirence is google gets a tonne of traffic from opera vpn and throws up a captcha challenge.

You can get a pay for VPN for reliability and performance (opera vpn isnt the fastest). If you are mainly using it for torrenting, then you can get seedboxes which have free VPNs included and and seed tonnes of torrents easier.
