Which one is the more advanced?

As I see it, Pro for Workstations is a bit more expensive, but lacks some of the features of the Enterprise version.

That's like asking "How high is up?"

All versions of the same release number (currently 1909) are absolutely identical where it counts.

What specific features of Enterprise do you actually need that neither Pro nor Home offer?

Is your business of sufficient size that those features are absolutely, without reservation actually required?

You do realize that you can't just run down to the nearest Office Depot and buy a copy of Windows Enterprise, it must be licensed through Microsoft, and there is a minimum number of licenses required (many licenses, for such things as users & CPU's) that are on a cost per year basis.

Enterprise costs a LOT more than Pro when the required licenses are taken into account.
