[SOLVED] Which Xeon E5 V2 is Good for Gaming?

Hello,
I have bought a Dell Precision T3610 Workstation with Xeon E5-2660 (non-V) and 16GB ddr3 Ram. I want to build it a Gaming PC so I thought of Increasing my Ram to 32GB and Change the Processor. I am a bit confused that which one to take. I have been looking for Xeon E5-2687W V2 and Xeon E5-2697. E5-2687W V2 has more performance per thread as it is 3.2GHz (4.0 Turbo Boost) but E5-2697 has 4 more cores and is of 2.7GHz (3.5 Turbo boost). I am looking for a future build with this system. So, which one do you prefer or have experience about?

forget 32gb of ram.For gaming the max u need is 16.I would personally go with the Xeon E5 2687 V2 . 8 cores and 16 threads is more than enough for gaming,plus it has a higher clock speed over the 12 core one.

What GPU will u be using?
