White box second monitor problem

Hello.

I recently have had some issues with my second monitor.
It goes like this, I start my computer and everything is fine.
Sometimes, at random, a white box appears at the same spot on my second monitor.
It doesn't do anything really, but if Im gaming, it tabs out of the game and it's really annoying.

Specs:
Intel i5 4590k 3.3GHz
MSI GeForce GTX 970
8GB Ram

Main monitor: Asus 24" LED VG248QE 144Hz
Second monitor: Old BenQ 60Hz

(Need more info?)

Im thankful for any help that I get.

Leave task manager open and see if any processes appear when the white box does, it sounds like something is trying to open especially if it tabs you out.

Hello.

You are right, it is called "Mshta.exe Microsoft (R) HTML application host (32 bit)" in the task manager. Any idea what it is?

It can be malware, i would run a scan with whichever anti malware you use, if that turns up nothing then we will have to look into it some more and try to find out what is causing it to run.

Ok, I have now done a complete scan, and nothing.
I did a google search and found out that it is from Windows.
Maybe I'll just have to live with it.
