Question White EZ-Debug LED on motherboard of PC build that used to work?

I have a computer with these specs:

AMD Ryzen 5500
MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
Silicon Power 2x8GB DDR4-3200 RAM
ASRock Radeon RX 6600 8GB
Thermaltake SMART 600W

The machine worked great for a couple of weeks, and then one night it crashed and wouldn‘t POST anymore. Now, the EZ Debug LED just shines white on the mobo while the fans spin.

Already replaced the CPU on the machine with another Ryzen 5500.

Any ideas on what I can try next? My first guess would have been my failure to update BIOS on a motherboard that could have needed an update to work with the 5500; but the machine did work just fine for two weeks?

Is this a new build? If it was working and then crashed it could be the psu, graphics card, memory. or even the motherboard. You can try using one stick of ram at a time. The psu and gpu will involve using replacements or borrowed, to exclude them as the problem.
It is a new build. It looks like it's the CPU LED on the "MSi EZ Debug" setup on the machine. Given that the CPU has been replaced already, I imagine it's the motherboard itself that failed?

I couldn't imagine that it's the power supply - all the fans and lights turn on in the computer, and I imagine the GPU, RAM, etc would have turned on those respective LEDs on the MSi EZ Debug system.
