I have Windows 10 Pro x64 on my system. However, from 2 days I am not able to use my account.
Within 4 sec of login, the screen goes all white with a big whitish grey box (it's the mouse cursor because I can move it) and that's it.
Nothing works at this point, not even ctrl-alt-del. If I leave it like that, it will restart after 5 mins.

However, if I login with any other account (I have 3 accounts on this system), no problems at all.
It seems to be some start-up 'service' that's causing it because I am able to use my account in safe mode.
I have even updated to the latest build hoping that would fix it but no luck.

Need some help here to fix this issue, at least I need to know what is causing that as there are many services that start.

how about booting into safe mode and then setting PC up to boot into clean boot and see if that changes anything on user: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

another choice is to choose option 3 in startup settings (the menu you use to access Safe mode) and enable low res video and see if it changes anything. It would appear to me that the resolution set for user is wrong

do you have latest Nvidia drivers?

Well I can guarantee that display isn't an issue because then it should be the same across all accounts.
I can use my account in Safe Mode, I did a clean boot, that didn't help either. Screen went white. So now it is pretty clear that it is none of the services. It can either be one of microsoft services or something else.

I found another thread with the same issue except that there is only one user account present in the case.

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3517169/windows-endless-cycle-white-screen-reboot.html

He also attached a video link showing the problem- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hwTWPnCr_RE

Disappointed to see no answers in that thread.

I think it has more to do with the account used for sign-in. The account I have used is a gmail account which is also linked to my outlook account (where my copy of Windows 10 is registered as a Digital License as I upgraded from 8.1)

For me, entering Safe Mode, and Restart, the problem is solved.

If before entering the desktop (a.k.a. lock screen), in other words, you can type a password, connect to Internet, open Ease of access, and choose Power, you might be able to follow this step:
  1. Hold Shift button, and click Power > Restart.
  2. Choose 'Troubleshoot'.
  3. Choose "Advanced options".
  4. Choose "Startup Settings", and click Restart.
  5. Press number 4, or function F4 (4) Enable Safe Mode).
  6. Go to your desktop, and wait a few moments for the system to stabilize.
  7. Finally, you can immediately restart the system again.
Maybe, that's all from me. I apologize in advance for being late in replying. Let me know when the problem is solved. Thanks!
