Question White vga led on mobo starts lighting and nothing gets displayed on display fixed automatically

I recently built a brand new computer and when i got to the part of booting it the computer fans start spinning and the leds start going through the checking if everything is fine phase then it comes to the vga led wich just starts glowing a bright white color

My specs are as follows
Gpu geforce rtx 2060asus dual series
Mobo asus rog strix z390-f
Cpu intel i7 9700
Ram 32gig corsair vengeance lpx

You will need to add more to your specs, list the:
SSD/HDD:
PSU:
and
Chassis:

Since you have an iGPU, might want to see if you get video without a discrete GPU. Also it'd have been a good idea to breadboard the system first and then build into the chassis(if it's already in a chassis) to verify that all parts are functioning.

Ok the rest of the specs are
Psu corsair 850 half customisable
Ssd kingston 240 gb
Hdd seagate 2tb
Chassis fractal design define s2

Also ive tried removing the gpu and using the igpu but nothing changed ive also tested it in a similar build and it worked then
