what are they talking about, 18.7 Mbps is not fast? we get 20 to 30 Mbps here in brisbane queesland for some IT companies? this article must be 5 years old!!!!

This is wrong, I know several areas in Utah that have ISPs that have speeds in excess of 30 Mbps some are even at 40 Mbps. And this is for residential service, and not Business. This is allot faster than Berkeley. You guys need to update your facts. Berkeley is slow compared to Utah.

hahaahah i am from bangladesh i get 512 kbps and this is the highest speed.........here avg speed people get not more than 32 kbps (4KB)......

Hong Kong is not even fast... Rather South Korea is faster, or even Rumania.

In Kansans city u can get 700 mbs i guess this is just outdated
