Hello! So what happened was, some days ago, we had to reformat our pc because windows can't do it's self-repair. We reinstalled our apps, one of these is Valorant. Every other app and game works fine, but for some reason, Valorant just restarts the whole pc while loading in (just loading into Valorant itself, not into a match). It was fine in the previous install of windows, but now we can't get in.

We already tried disabling as well as deleting the anti-virus, even reinstalling Valorant again. The PC is not overheating, and we also just changed graphics cards yesterday, but to no avail.

Is there any other things that we can possibly try to do? Thanks!

What’s the full pc spec including make and model of the psu?
i3 9100f
MSI H310m Pro-VH Plus
Teamgroup Elite 8gb DDR4 2400mhz RAM
MSI Ventus GTX 1650 GDDR6 (New GPU from yesterday, old one was a 750ti)
3 Hard Drives:
Kingston A400 120GB SSD (Boot Drive)
Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD (ST1000DM010-2EP102)
Hitachi 500GB HDD
Huntkey GS 500 (HK500-31FP) (This was also new with the 1650, old one was a "700" watt psu)

And the problem only started after changing the gpu and psu? That psu is at best actually only 400w and fairly low end.

nope, it started ever since the reformat (last week), because in the previous install (while we still had the pretty obscure "700" watt psu) it was running fine, (the change in psu and gpu only happened yesterday)

I'm having the same issue since a week.
my PC specs are I7 8700k (OC 4.5 all core 1.22v)
(8GB * 4) 32gb Ram (OC 3000mhz to 3200mhz)
250gb Nvme Ssd (boot and a few software like 3ds max, Ps, Ae, PR. etc. and Valorant)
4tb hdd (internal storage)
480gb Nvme scratch drive
as for Gpu gtx 1080 winforce oc (my Gpu shroud broke so did the Linus tech tips way of cooling (mounted 2 120mm fans with zip tie, works better than stock cooler)
and for cpu cooler - deepcool gamaxx 400pro tower cooler with positive air pressure inside the case.
corsair carbide 300r Cabinet
2 x 140mm fans (front intake), 2x 140mm fans (side panel intake) 2x 120mm fans (top exhaust) nad 1 x 120mm fan (rear exhaust)
for PSU I'm using corsair cx 650w (I know its not much but it has at the very least 100w head room and considering degradation in the last 4 years it should still have enough to run these application)
.
OS Windows 10

note: -
  1. My Pc is not overheating neither my Gpu.
  2. apart from Valorant i faced the same only once so far while working in 3ds max [especially while I turnd on Active render (basically it does real time render to visualize the output to some extent)].
At first, I thought there were some permission issues, so I changed it to launch Valorant with administrative controls (same issue persists)
then I rolled back the gpu driver with clean installation of the driver (from 516.94 to 512.95). (Same issue persists).
now I am thinking of bios flush if the same issue persists then I'll have to reinstall windows considering malware issues.

I'll update if the issue resolves or hopefully get updated if you can resolve it earliest.

Bios Flash didn't resolve the issue.
