Why 999 ping and so much lagging?

I just build a pc about a week ago and all my games are lagging. I am on a wireless connection wich is alimented by optic fiber. People around me have the same connection but they aren't lagging. The games with the biggest problem is bo3 on wich I can't play a game without being diconnected for 999 ping. Can you help me?

Intel i5-4460
gtx 960 4gb
430 psu from evga
tp link for the wifi
msi z97 mobo

have you tried wired connection?

are all your other deveices slow as well? i would try reseting your netwrok unlug everything from your modem & router or your 2 in 1and wait 3 minuts and plug everything back it
