why am i getting low fps drop in BF4

so i want to know why im geting such bad fps drop in bf4 bc i am getting a new monitor soon and i want to fix this before i buy it so here are my system specs
Motherboard Gigabyte Z170X-GAMING 6
i5 6600k oc 4.4 1.275v
Gigabyte g1 gaming 1070 oc mode
Samsung 750 EVO 250GB
evga GQ 650w
nzxt s340
LEPA AquaChanger 240
G.SKILL rip jaws 8gb 3200mhz
aoc 1080p 60hz
iv been testing out multiplayer and story with vsync off on ultra on my 1080p 60hz monitor and im only hitting 120fps max and 90 fps to 80 drops and this is in multiplayer but in story im geting 90 fps and 60fps drops all i want to know is it my 60hz monitor bottle necking it and if it is then im ok but if not i want to know how to fix it before i buy my 144hz gsync monitor bc i see videos on youtube with about the same setup geting 150 fps and 135 fps drops so can some plz help and tell me whats going on

Never mind i fixed it. it was bc my resolution scale was at 150% it should be on 100%.
