[SOLVED] Why am I getting stutter lag/frame drop from my 3070?!

Hey guys, I'm running a RTX 3070, 16 GB of DDR4 RAM at 3600 speed, and a Ryzen 5 3600x and for some reason I've been getting this damn stutter/lag/frame skip thing the past couple of days. I've tried just about everything I can find on the internet from going to Nvidia Control Panel and changing settings there, turning game mode off/on in windows, changing graphics priority in windows, deleting the game/blizzard and all temp files + reinstalling, completely reinstalling windows, and going in the documents folder and dowloading a previous driver for my gpu and even altering the "advoptions" file and saving it.

None have helped, any chance any of you can steer me in the direction for fixing it?
It's on both warzone and cold war that I'm getting the issue, it's utterly exhausting me.

I've not daisy chained the cable at all, it just has 2 plugs on the end that plug into the GPU
Yes one cable with two plugs is considered daisy chaining. When you have two cable running side by side you are draw the proper amount using one cable it isn't rated to carry the full 220w it requires the cable are only rated at like 125w each plus the power from the port only adds 50 so you are running 175w on a 220w min gpu.

Is your mobo bios up to date? full system specs? Psu maybe weak.
 
Yeah, my mobo is running bios F13a, which is most recent according to the manufacturer website.

Oww this is a questionable one really good psu but it has had it's issues. Like a lot of psu's do yes but this one has had a few pervious issues not bad though. Have you tried running occt and monitoring system volts/wats for power spikes/dips. Or ever a blue screen or crash

I’ve not monitored the power output, as I only just got the power supply a couple of weeks ago. I’ve never had a blue screen or crash with the system though since the install of the PSU.

I’ll go ahead and do that in the morning. Thanks for the help, hoping we can get it sorted because it’s really driving me nuts. I think it may be related to overall system latency perhaps because I even get the same micro stuttering in windows at times.
Yeah that could be any number of things... Gpu seated fully and right?

Psu cables daisy chained? Or are the multiple cable running to the card?

You realize running one psu cable in a daisy chain is only providing half the power recommended for your gpu "YOU HAVE TO HAVE TWO SEPARATE"power cable for proper power draw you a majorly undervolting your card right now
