Question Why am I not getting a signal to my monitor when powering my pc

I bought some new parts (CPU, MOBO, RAM and a SSD), and after I assembled them and tried to power the pc I get no signal to my monitor. I wasn't getting a POST beep, but fixed it after I realized the 24-pin connector wasn't all the way in. That didn't fix it either though.
I'm out of ideas.

Kingston 16GB (2x8GB) HyperX Fury DDR4
Crucial 120GB BX500
Corsair VS450 (old)
Seagate Barracuda 1TB (old has some stuff in it)
Radeon R7 370 2g (old)

Make sure that you're connecting the monitor to the graphics card, not to motherboard.

Yeah I did that. I also tried to connecting it into the mobo. Made no difference
