So the guy takes it back there to get tested..and it didnt work and i asked what kind of power supply were you using and he said a 400w antec!!!! i siad wtf?!?!?!??!?!?! what was the 12v rails and they were like what the hell is a 12v rail and the guy kept telling me that the total wattage was the only thing that mattered!!!!!!!! omg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i almost stabbed the guy in the freaking throat!!!!!!!!!

This is a very confusing post. You haven't said if this was a store you had dealt with previously or is this a place you picked at random. You have also neglected to mention the size of the establishment in question and whether it is part of a chain.

These are important details.

If you picked it at random, well, you takes your chances. If this is a place you dealt with before, you have no excuse.

In any case, your stated response to the experience is, shall we say, excessive.

Computer shops are, in many ways, like auto mechanics. And I think it is fair to say that we all know and understand the ramifications of the point.

u dont know what your talking about

Took the liberty of following up your posts.

Two are repeat postings of a web site - semi-appropriate in thread context. But no dditional comments or input.

Remainder are random noise of, and I quote "lol" and similar quips.

I have seen nothing in your posts to indicate that you actually have any expertise.

You are a troll.

calm down boy.

I am calm. What's your excuse?

Buddy has attacked me in at least two threads that have nothing to do with the thread where the "discussion" started. And none of his comments in these un-related threads have anything to do with the OP's question or the conversation. Unlike the majority of my comments in any particular discussion.

And buddy hasn't got the spine, integrity or respect for the community to limit the dispute to PM, where it belongs, and where I tried to take it.

You may be interested to know that compukid claims to work for an IT company that is contracted to 3 of the 5 major Canadian banks. Given his performance and comments in the thread where the "debate" started and subsequent behaviour, I have doubts about this claim. And if it is true, well - how many times have you been jerked around by the bank's computer systems?

Perhaps you too would be interestred in finding buddy and taking some of your own back out of his hide for all the FUBAR messes inflicted on you by systems set up and run by individuals like compukid.

You really "should" be much more careful in who you choose to side with. Given the trivial details I noted above, which you can easily verify for yourself, perhaps you could explain to the good readership why you felt it necessary to jump in and take sides in the vendetta that compukid is trying to set up.

i didnt take any side

and you dont want me to break it all down for you.
