Question Why are my CPU and GPU frametimes so high after a driver crash? GPU utilization is also not running above 60 since then.

I had zero problems with my setup until playing on an online lobby in Assetto Corsa, I black screened and got a message saying GPU Drivers crashed. Never gave me a problem until this happened. Since then, my frame times are higher than 16 ms when idling in a lobby. It fully utilizes in menu, but the moment I join the lobby it drops around 70% utilization. In single player, I am fully utilized and frame times are fine, FPS is over 160 on high settings and game runs smooth. Only shows problem when I join any online lobbies and averages 45 FPS. Before the crash, I averaged 120, max util, and smooth, low frame times. I’m just confused what to do now. I have ran out of ideas after trying just about anything.

System:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
MOBO: Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite AX V2
GPU: RX 5700
RAM: 2 x 8 - 3200 CL 16
Runs on SSD
Windows 11
