Hello, I want to ask why my computer is when I loding on pc. I am using Windows XP. I'm weird every time I open my computer always be like this. Is this a problem of my hard disc or other components? pliz help me. I had one week not to open my computer because of this.

If you can read that then you might understand what my issue is. The structure of words and sentences take on completely different meanings in different languages and such can make what you typed incoherent if your written language isn't your native language. .
