Windows 10 x64
Motherboard : asus prime b450 a-ii
driver version : 3211
RAM : Transcend 2*4gb 2400mhz

I am not familiar to things in BIOS. So, whatever i say may sound dumb. When i open BIOS, there is an option to change DOCP settings. By default it is set to DISABLED. But there is no Enable option. https://ibb.co/tQHyhzf Is this because of my RAM being generic 2400mhz or my DOCP setting is locked? If i use a 3200 MHz ram will i be able to enable DOCP?

Solution
that profile comes with ram modules, if you have ram modules without any profile, than it cant be enabled
docp/xmp is overclocking for beginners with preconfigured settings for "easy" overclock
if your mainboard allows you for manual ram overclock/mem timings, then you dont need docp

2400 is a base DDR4 clock speed and doesn't require an XMP (DOCP on Asus mobo's) profile. That's probably why your RAM wouldn't have one to enable.

If you get some 3200 rated DDR4 RAM sticks you could enable DOCP then. Whether it runs stable will still depend on CPU and other things.
