Why can't I install new Daemon Tools update?

I've received a new update today for Daemon Tools and I have wanted to install it. It was very simple, just press ''Install update'' bar and thats it. But no! I have had to had this error! I've taken a screenshot of the error cuz nothing describes a problem better than a good ol' picture. Please help me!

What OS do you have?

Have you contacted them on eg their forum - http://forum.daemon-tools.cc/f19/cant-install-daemontools-installation-guide-wont-continue-please-read-22495/ ?

I have Windows 7 Ultimate Edition 64-bit and Ive never had any problem with it. And now this error where it says that it doesnt know whether I even have 32-bit or 64-bit? I didnt go on their forum yet, but only because I dont want for now register on new forum again for a tiny problem, maybe first people can help me here and if its really that hard or something, Ill go over there to register.

Download the full install from Daemon Tools' website rather than using the update that the program itself downloaded.

Its their software which is probably buggy. Your update should've been to match your OS. Unless your told them you had the wrong OS.

I have the same problem and if i try to download the full program instead of the upgrade my antivirus program block it probably something similar happens with the upgrade
