Question why do everytime i try to port forward 5222 or 5223 i always get the error converting one or more entries?

i cant seem to input 5222 and 5223 on port forwarding, i always get the message "error converting one or more entries" but i was able to put other entries like 808 and 5000-5500... need help please. thanks in advance
