[SOLVED] Why do game icons keep shrinking or damaged...?

So basically I arranged my game shortcuts in one folder. I changed most of them into a better looking icons usually 256x256 size using https://icoconvert.com/ . This is my Game Folder.png

Sometimes the icons shrink like this Icon shrink.png

Sometimes they are okay. Sometimes they are not.

This is how Plants VS Zombies normal looking icon.png

Is there any change I can do to avoid this...? I have another laptop which I created the same game folder but it never have this problem.

Can you please try the suggestion given here? However please note that changing registry settings wrongly may damage your Windows or may make it temporarily or permanently unstable.
