Why do i get kicked off the internet when using piblic wifi

I always get connected with no problems, then as soon as I try to do anything (check e mail goole something) I get disconnected either there is no internet access or no network access. I've tried different firewalls and using chrome browser rather than explorer,but the problem persists.

Maybe there's a problem with the public wifi you're connecting to?
