Hello Guys ! So my pc have really good specs compared to what i play , my pc specs are right here : OS : WINDOWS7
Proccesor : AMD FX-4100 Quad Core 3.60ghz
System Type : 64bit
GPU : Gigabyte Geforce GTX 750 Ti Oc WindForce 2X, 4GB GDDR5, 128-bit
Motherboard : Asus M5A78L-M LX. For example when i play CS GO at all the settings on high i have 90-150 fps , but still lagging . i was thinking that i could get more fps . All drivers are updated !

Solution

If you are having minor stutters, then it is most likely an internet issue. Type in "net_graph 1" in the console of cs:go and see how high your ping is. If you are hitting right at 150 ping or more, then it is a network issue.
it could be your CPU try opening Task Manager while ingame and look at the CPU %Usage if its very high (constant 98-100%) than that could be it. especially in games that have alot of physics.

It could also be Internet lag try playing on low Ping server's 😉

I would try to turn on Vsync as i take it your monitor is 60HZ and your going above that making screen tearing and other weird things happen. Like other people said i would check your ping but anyways your CPU is outdated soo....
