Why do I lag ONLY for 2 second every 10 seconds

So I know this question has been answered a lot but I tried everything they said on the posts and none of them seem to be working. and I only lag for 2 seconds every 10 seconds in games.

Here are my PC specs:

- Router/modem: Ubee
- Model: DDW36C

ISP:

- TWC (Time warner cable)

Information:

This also happens even when there are no devices connected, nobody is home and it is still happening to this moment. And I am using a wireless connection. Also before you say to connect through ethernet I can't because people are using the wifi whenever they are home. If you would like more information than this please ask.

Run some kinda of ram checker because it sound like what would happen if you had a low quantity of ram so maybe ram isnt properly functioning

One of the main reasons to connect via ethernet even if it is just temporary is to try to figure out if it is actually your network or if it is something else. As you see from the above post it can be completely other things but before you chase every possibility it is best to isolate the problem.

Wireless causes all kinds of strange errors.

What are your CPU and GPU temperatures when this happens?
