Why do i only see black when playing battlefield 3?

I have an ALIENWARE M17 fully loaded and I get a black screen even when I play the campain, Can some please help??!!

Uhmm, you can ask for assistance at alienCRAPware, because there's not much that you can do at a m17.

P.S: buy parts and make your own rig in the future(will cost you less), don't use these overrated bullshit companies.
