Why does Cinebench say that my CPU has 1 logical core?

Does the 7500 only have one logical core? I just upgraded my CPU from and i3 6100 to an i5 7500, my GPU from MSI 950, to EVGA 970, and my 400w power supply to a 600w. When I ran Cinebench, this is what I got:

CORES=4
LOGICALCORES=1
MHZ=3410.000000
PROCESSOR=Intel Core i5-7500 CPU
OPENGLVENDOR=NVIDIA Corporation
OPENGLCARD=GeForce GTX 970/PCIe/SSE2
OPENGLVERSION=4.6.0 NVIDIA 398.36
DRIVERVERSION=398.36
CBTYPE=64 Bit
OSVERSION=Windows 8, 64 Bit, Core (build 9200)
CBCPU1=0.000000
CBCPUX=561.387751
CBOPENGL=109.482549
CBOPENGLQUALITY=98.785470
C4DINFO=
C4DVERSION=15.038
C4DBUILDID=RC184115demo

I'm just wondering if I'm getting the results I should be because a friend of mine doesn't have as good a setup as me but he gets more consistent frame rates in game. He does have more ram than me. I only have 8GB of DDR4. I don't know if that's the issue, but I feel like I should be getting better frames. I ran the User Benchmark exe. and the first time I ran it, it was a bad score but I was in a game. The second time I ran it, I got a good score and this is what I got:

UserBenchmarks: Game 61%, Desk 56%, Work 37%
CPU: Intel Core i5-7500 - 82.7%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 970 - 66.6%
SSD: Kingston SUV300S37A240G 240GB - 82.1%
HDD: Seagate BUP Slim BL 2TB - 36.7%
RAM: Kingston HyperX 2133 C14 1x8GB - 40.7%
MBD: Asus H110M-A

Anybody got any idea if this sounds right? Thanks.

Solution
Resetting CMOS/BIOS just sets factory default settings and lets BIOS find new or changed HW, it doesn't change it in any way.
In most cases, pressing F5 would do same thing as taking battery out or resetting by posts or button.
Alas, swapping CPUs is rarely gracefully handled by both the BIOS and WIndows...

Reset the BIOS (Assuming it is a recent enough BIOS to support Kaby Lake CPUs, as I do not see you have a 100-series mainboard, which will require a post-Jan 2017 BIOS), and see if the CPU is correctly identified in task manager/performance/cpu...if not, try deleting the assorted CPU references in device manager (accessible by typing device manager' in Win10 search bar), and rebooting, allowing them to be redetected, or, do a repair install/(*save data/programs) if that fails...

Thanks for the response. I didn't want to reset bios because I don't think the board will work with the i5 and I don't want to swap cpu's to update bios to switch it back again. What's weird is I checked the task manager and it says that it has 4 cores, and 4 logical processors. I'm going to check Cinebench again.
