Question Why does Discord keep disconnecting from calls ?

I can't talk at all with people because discord is disconnected both on pc and on my mobile phone. This problem does not occur when I use mobile data. I have tried to reinstall discord, also tried these cmd commands with admin rights on my windows 7 pc: ipconfig /flushdns and netsh winsock reset. Could someone please help me? Thanks in advance.

I don't know, it was green, sometimes orange and rarely red, so it was definately not stable. This is the problem report. What can we do about it? I also made a mistake, the pc is running windows 10.
