Why does it lag on this pc ???

Hi guys I want to ask you guys if you also have this problem. All of my Games lag on my pc and that is really annoying it started few days ago even my whole pc is very slow and no I still have alot of space i actually have more than last time but im not sure why it lags and why pc is so slow :/ do you guys know what the problem is ???

Im not sure if it is my cpu that is being bad, i am using the stock cooler and can thermal paste dry out ??

CPU : Intel Core i5-3350P - 64 Bit (3.1GHz)
MOTHERBOARD : Asus P8B75-M LX
RAM : Kingston 8GB DDR3 1600 MHz
HDD : 3TB
GPU : Gigabyte GTX 770 OC 2GB
PSU : Coolermaster Silent Pro M2 1000watt
Win 8.1 (64bit)

Download HWMonitor and keep an eye on your temps. Another thing to download is Malwarebytes, it might be that you have a virus on your PC.

Have you checked your temps while gaming? And have you tried reinstalling the NVIDIA drivers?

@Eduello : I do have malwarebytes installed and I also have HWmonitor my cpu temps are from 49 - 56 C when im not gaming but when im gaming it goes up to 60 - 68 C

Yes I have checked my temps while not gaming 49 - 56C and while gaming 60 - 69C and does it help reinstalling driver ??

Well if a Malwarebytes scan can't find anything, it would have to be the temps or the drivers ( as suggested by BleedingEdgeTek).

Those CPU temps seem pretty normal, but what about your GPU temps? Also, what is your RAM/CPU/GPU usage while gaming?

Not sure but my gpu temps are are normal like always but im not sure with the ram

Use MSI Afterburner to monitor GPU usage and task manager to monitor CPU and RAM usage.

Well the windows defender always pops up saying malware detected but everytime i click on it there is no virus and everything is green lol

I think i have a virus cause my malwarebytes doesnt want to open and i found winregis and i researched it and i saw it says that it is a malware :/ is this bad ???

Download Malwarebytes on some other PC, put it on a flash drive, boot your PC in safe mode, and then run Malwarebytes.
