Why does my pc crash/restart on sleep mode????????

hi..i got a problem,everytime i put my pc to sleep,or it automatically sleeps..its crashes in one of the following ways:
1. it restarts,and a nlack screen comes p and ask if to start on safe mode or normal

2. it jus cuts off,all power,everything

PLZ SOMEONE HELP ME, ITS NOT MY DRIVERS OR PSU THAT CAUSES IT,ITS SOMETHING ELSE

You may be in need of a BIOS flash... outdated BIOS'es can easily cause funky sleep/power management issues.

well,
if you don't want it to sleep...
then that can be changed in the Power Options menu in the control panel. Click on 'Edit Plan Settings' to change when your computer sleeps

that means you'd have to keep ur computer on the whole time! :/ that's no bueno sir! it's probably a driver problem... if anyone finds a better way tell me 😀

I have the same problem and I tried a lot of things: changing OS (ubuntu, windows7 windows 10), upgrading graphic and bios and all drivers, a lot of shit in the power setting...nothing helped, so someone have any ideas what to do? I heard this might be something linked with the SATA mode, but i don't really know...
