Question Why does my pc lag when i alt tab?

Alright , i started having this problem since i reinstalled my windows and i cant understand why that is. For example let's say i'm watching a youtube video on my second monitor , it works fine , but if I am also playing something on my main monitor and I alt tab into the game , either the youtube video lags or my game crashes. Same on discord , let's say im watching a screen share on discord thats working perfectly, If I join a game that screen share turns to 5 fps at best.

have you tried replacing GPU drivers?

try running ddu in safe mode, remove drivers, boot into normal mode and reinstall drivers

did you check the motherbaord drivers to see if anything there you don't have? Might help too.
