Question Why does my PC Restart unexpectedly and randomly with higher CPU Overclock?

I'm not looking for a solution per se, but it feels strange as it's stable, even at 5.1 (where this occurs)

RTX 3080
i7-10700K
16x2GB 3200Mhz
360ML Coolermaster AIO
V750W Coolermaster Fully Modular 80Plus Gold
Z490 Gaming X Gigabyte
3SSD's, 2 Nvme.
2 Monitors.

I've done a 4-hour stress test on the 10700K with 5.1 and it's stable as a rock and temps never go above 81C.
Games also run well, but the PC decides to shut down randomly and nonrepeatable.
Is this because of random spikes in power that trip my PSU protection? Or is my PSU failing or is this a normal occurrence?

It's likely because you're system is unstable.
