Why does Outlook.exe connect to so many foreign addresses? Like servers for amazonaws.com on port 443?

Sometimes there are some phishing emails, but I delete those. Sometimes there are emails from Amazon.com regarding purchases, but I don't know that there is a relationship there. What should I look for?

Those emails link back to Amazon.

Outlook has to utilize that pathway, to get the info in the email.

I'm not seeing an issue here.
