Question Why does the monitor display nothing until windows logon screen shows when the computer starts, even entering BIOS settings

The monitor connects the mainboard integrated graphics card VGA port. If connecting the monitor with independent graphics card's HDMI port, it can display post message and OEM logo. And cannot find any settings about default graphic card output port in BIOS.

Fast BOOT enabled ? Are you using both graphics at same time ? If that's the case BIOS can use only one as default for POST.
