why does these 1060 3gb have difference clock speed ?

Solution
Different clock speed is because they are made by different company.

Nvidia makes the GTX 1060 chipset and sells them to the MoBo manufacturers who decide the final product, including clock speeds.

I'd go for MSI. MSI cooling tends to be better than Gigabyte's and they run cooler.

Dont go with 3Gb cards!! These are going to be out dated pretty soon.
Many games already eat up 4Gb and even some dont allow u to have some settings if you dont have at least 4Gb.

Besides the 1060 3Gb is a cut down chip from the 6Gb card, which means even less performance.
My advice either go with 470 4Gb (which is awesome, the Red Devil 470 actually runs as fast as 480) or just save a bit more and get 1060 6Gb.
