HELLO, THERE GUYS
my rig is i7 4790k _corsair vengeance 1600mz- 8gb Ram.. corsair 650M PSU
So I play FIFA 17 always like about 3 to 6 hours... And I have been playing other high end games from last 1 year....
So my problem is I was playing FIFA 17 like always and then after 3-4 mins.... instantly the game freezed... Nothing was working even task manager ..so I restarted the PC manually... With restart button...
And my PC started to restart automatically..... It started for 3-5 sec
It sounds like it was booting all drives... fans start's to spin and then everything shuts down itself.... And again does the same process keeps starting & shuts down....doesn't even shows the mobo logo.... this happened simultaneously...
so i decided to removed ram stick cleaned it ...and cleaned ram slot with brush... then re-inserted the ram stick.... and then nothing was fixed ..same problem appeared again.... then i removed the ram agian cleaned it removed the cosmo's battery .. reinserted it.... and still the same problem....
And then i inserted the ram in another slot... guess what problem was fixed...... i thought mobo's second ram slot is faulty.... was thinking to replace the mobo as it is in warranty period...
but i thought i should clean the failed ram slot agian .... this time i cleaned it with a clean thin cloth with little alcohol... and then inserted the ram in it.... Fired up the PC... And it worked ... pc started ... So why Did that Happened
Was it bcoz of dirt ...but while cleaning i didnt found any dirt on cloth... if it was bcoz of dirt... do i need to worry about my mobo... in future or if it will cause something to ram.....
