Hi, today my EVGA 750 ti SC edition arrived and i took it out the box and replaced my old graphics card (gt 545) with it. But, when i booted up my computer, it went to the boot up screen where it shows the hp logo and it stayed there. After that i heard several beeps and after around one minute, i heard three more beeps and my pc shut down. On the box it says that i need a 400w minimum power supply but i have a 460w power supply! Please help!

My pc: HP Pavilion h8-1270ea

Form factor: uATX - 24.4 cm (9.6 inches) x 24.4 cm (9.6 inches)

The u in uATX is suppose to be the Greek letter µ - mu. µ is the symbol used in SI (i.e. Système International) to represent the prefix micro-.

oh ok i didn't know that.

I'll just save up money to buy a new case then.

This case i have is way too small for my liking. I was actually going to get a beefier graphics card but i had no room to, plus this case is pretty bad. It's a nightmare to put the side panel back on and there is no room for cable management. Not to mention that from my experience, the airflow is not too great either.

Well if you just want one to have a better computer than definitely get one. Your right those stock hp cases have almost no airflow and suck if your trying to build a gaming pc.

Don't know, but I know from first hand experience that the R9 270 and 280 (not x versions) work just fine.
