Why GTX 1050 is equal RX 560 ?

If you look at specs it looks like RX 560 moore better than GTX 1050:
More Shading Units (640 vs 1024)
More Tflops (1.8 vs 2.6)
More TMUs (40 vs 64)

So why GTX 1050 equal or better in games ?

Because specs mean absolutely nothing when comparing two different architectures. Kind of like a fx 9590 at 5ghz 8 cores loses to a 3.5 GHz clocked Pentium that has 2 cores and 2 more hyperthreading cores in many games.

The only true way to compare different gaming cards relative performance is with gaming benchmarks. All other comparisons between different architectures are effectively baseless.

For games like BF1, GTA V, Witcher 3 and etc in 1280x1024 resolution on high settings(without MSAA)

But since you couldn't be bothered to read it, let alone punch the numbers into the calculator, I'll do it for you, Your Highness:

-- GTX 1050 is ~3.5% better in GTA V & ~10% better in Witcher III than RX 560
-- GTX 1050 is tied with RX 560 in Battlefield 1

So whichever one is cheaper is the one you should buy.
