Why i cannot run my memory in XMP?

Hello,
As i've got my new memory module 1 month ago and i was wondering why my memory cannot be XMP if my motherboard supports it?
Mobo:H81M-DGS R2.0
Memory :HyperX 8GB memory Kit DDR3 2400 CL11
CPU: i3 4170

Soo basicly im limited by my motherboard and my CPU?

Now its running Dual channel 800.

Memory says XMP 1.3 and same as motherboard supports XMP 1.3/1.2?

The H81 Chipset is not capable of running memory at 2400MHz.
