[SOLVED] Why I get black screen GPU fans full speed when system starts ?

Hi there
I had a system crash with a black screen after I started BF1 game.
Black screen with barely visible small 2cm comb-like artifact on a black screen.
Then every time I start the Windows system I have a black screen immediately after.
Connected via HDMI of the motherboard. I removed the video card (DVI). Removed the NVIDIA driver and then I started the system from DVI 780GTX an obviously small resolution but it worked.
Then I Installed the latest available driver for my 780GTX and I had 2K working but with no restart. Then I tried the STALKER game and it worked immediately. Worked!
But then I restarted the system and I had the same issue with a black screen and full speed funs back again.
This time I removed the DVI connector cable from the video card and started the PC with no monitor DVI cable connected. Then when windows started i plugged in DVI cable and I see my desktop at 2K full res.
I started the BF1 and it worked.
I guess if I restart with the monitor connected I will have a black screen and GPU fans at full speed back again when the system starts.
I have my workaround with the monitor cable removed but I do not know what causes the such issue.

PSU? (Seasonic 750W)
Video Card? 780GTX
PSU cables ? (Seasonic 750W)
Driver error?
Virus ?

It seems to be a hardware issue but I am not a specialist that's why I post here
Please help.

UP (couple hours later)
Today I had a black screen during gaming BF1. I was able to play for more than one hour.
Workaround with unplugging the DVI cable works but only for Windows successfully starts.
During gaming, the black screen persists after a couple of minutes. I guess if I pull out the video card and plug it in again tomorrow I might be able to play for a couple of hours.
With EVGA Precision I tried to turn down the clock to a minimum and turn up the fun speed to max (manual mode). Temperature around 60C (max) -70C(auto). Nothing helps.
I can't figure out which hardware is dying PSU or GPU.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Seasonic 750W
Seasonic is the brand of the PSU while 750W is the advertised wattage of the unit. What is the model of the unit and how old is the PSU?

On second thoughts, can you please pass on the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

To rule out your PSU being the root of the issue, source(borrow) a PSU of similar build quality and wattage(from a friend or neighbor) or at least 650W of power at the entire system's disposal to test and see if the issue persists. 9 years is a long time for a PSU to be in service and it's possible that it's unable to deliver necessary power on demand. The PSU being the issue is an assumption, like troubleshooting, you go through a checklist until you're left with the logical conclusion.

Thank you for your suggestions. I will try to borrow PSU and if it will not work for me then I will try the heater to try to fix the ram.

Hi there
SOLVED!!!
My PSU connectors degraded, and that was why I had my issue with black screens while gaming and when the system started and at the moment when the video driver kicked in.
Left - PSU
Right - GPU
