Question Why is my Acer laptop keyboard not working?

Alright, so I had to tighten a USB port because it was loose on my laptop, but when I put the laptop back together the keyboard and touchpad stopped working also, any ideas?

it worked 2 weeks ago, but when i opened it then shut it it stopped working, im afraid one of the cables broke
