Why is my CPU doing this?

I run a fx 4350 with a 750ti, 8gb of ram all on a AsRock 970m pro 2 motherboard. The CPU is liquid cooled, as well as the system having a PSU that is double what is recommened.
Okay so whenever I go to edit youtube videos on my Roxio Editor it completely rekts my CPU cranking it up from around 30 percent all the way up to 100, then crashing the program.
I tried reinstalling the program and even using others but it does the same thing.
Any advice?
I am no PC guru so if anyone can help me I would be happy, thank you

What is the make and model of the PSU and CPU cooler?

Also, your motherboard is not a very good choice for that CPU. You're running a 125W CPU on a motherboard with 6 VRMs, none of which have heatsinks.

Also, Roxio is not optimized for AMD. I believe Sony Vegas and Pinnacle Studio (if that's even still relevant) run well on AMD, but don't have a lot of research to back that up.

PSU is a EVGA 500w, CPU cooler is the LEPA AquaChanger 120

I'm sorry, I always get 500w (as in 500 w1) confused with 500 watt. Does the part number resemble 100-w1-0500 or 100-w1-0500kr?

CPU cooler is insufficient. These small AiO units actually perform worse than good quality air coolers. Water doesn't really show how useful it is until you get into 240mm length radiators for CPUs above 100w. Good air coolers with heat pipes, good fins and nice size fans run circles around these little radiators.

Okay so first the number is the KR one.
Second, so what you are saying is to go with a better quailty CPU fan rather than a CPU cooler? Unless the cooler had a bigger radiator other than the one I have currently?
That being the case I should go with what brand for the new fan?
Sorry for the questions this is my first build

I recommend replacing the PSU, but it's not really urgent. It may be contributing to the issue, but I doubt it's the source of the issue.

For the CPU cooler (air coolers are also called coolers), I recommend the Cooler Master Hyper 212X and the Be Quiet! Shadow Rock Slim. They're basically the same, main difference is aesthetics. https://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/Zr2kcf,PJYXsY/
