Hey,
My internet's download speed is 80 Mb and my upload speed is average 2 Mb, however, when I'm downloading games from epic games, steam. and blizzard, the download speed is most of the time slow 1-4 MB, and many times it's going to to 0.00B and staying that way for around a minute or more. it takes my hours sometimes to download updates for games that are under 5GB.
Specs:
RTX 2060
i5-9400F
16GB RAM
Realtek PCIe GBE Family Control (is what appears on the device manager's network adapters in additions to many things with "WAN" before them).

Are you wired straight from your ISP to your Ethernet port? If not(and you have a router in between), might want to see if the router has a firmware update pending. I'm assuming that only the game clients are the one's exhibiting the issue with lowered download speeds, correct? If so, what does SpeedTest show you? Try uninstalling and reinstalling your Ethernet drivers.

Which version of Windows 10 are you working with?

I am using a router, which is connected straight to the communication board at our house, I'm connecting my pc to the router through a moca device(wired) since the router and my pc are in different floors.
My windows is windows 10 home and speedtest is showing me 100 Mb download speed and 2Mb upload speed.
I don't know how to check if I have a firmware update for my router.
P.S thanks for replying and helping I appreciate it!
