[SOLVED] Why is my gaming pc getting frame drops

So I bought this pc from Walmart but its a ibuypower pc. I have upgraded everything except the ram and the motherboard. so when I play games like GTAV, Rust, Bo4 I play with everything on low or medium settings. while playing I can get at least 50+ fps but out of know where I get huge fps drops/freezes. I wouldn't mind a little stutter but my game freezes for a good second or 2. please help me find whats making my pc freeze and what pc parts I should upgrade too.

evga gtx 1060 3gb sc
ryzen 7 1700 3.0Ghz 3.7Ghz boost
8Gb ddr4 ram 2400mhz
Msi A320M-PRO-VH-PLUS motherboard
400w psu
1tb hdd
240gb ssd

upgrade the psu?
cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
1 stick or 2 stick ram?

it was a 350w but upgraded to a evga 400w
1 have 1 stick of 8gb 2400mhz
while playing apex legends gpu was at 60 C and cpu was at 40 C
also my gpu was running at 98% and cpu was at 38%
also I was playing apex legends on high settings

which evga 400w? they have some good one. some really bad one
1 stick would be as issue. replace with a 2 stick kit
