Question Why is my graphics card so loud and blacking out?

I need help finding out why my graphics card isn't performing well. I feel like a Ryzen 3 2nd gen, an RX 580 8GB, and 16 GB of DDR4-3000 RAM should be more than enough to run Fortnite at 144 fps and most games past 120 fps.

I run at 1920x1080 at Low Setting except for view distance

My dad bought me a 144Hz monitor as a gift and want to actually be able to run at 144 fps because the monitor wasn't cheap obviously. I don't know if I might have to upgrade something?
