[SOLVED] Why is my HDD not accesible?

So my HDD is not accesible, but the problem is a lot stranger than that. My PC seems to know my HDD is there but it won't show up in Windows Explorer. I can see it in the task manager and in the BIOS but I can't acces it. When the problem first started it would sometimes work and sometimes just not, now it stopped working entierly and my PC somehow slowed down to a point where it takes 60 seconds to open the explorer or the task manager. Specs and Windows version are below.
I can't find any good advise so I hope someone here knows what could be the problem.
