[SOLVED] Why is my memory only running at 2133mhz even though they are 3200mhz

So I just built my first gaming pc and i've noticed that the memory was only at 2133mhz. I went and turned on the xmp profile for 3200mhz but the pc restarts 2 times and won't allow it to work. My cpu is the ryzen 5 1600. I know that my ram nor the cpu nor the mb is at fault because I built the same pc for a friend at it worked instantly on his pc. For those wondering the xmp profile changed the voltage to 1,35v.

also my motherboard is the asrock b450m-pro4 and the ram is the g.skill ripjaws v 3200mhz 2x8gb

You have to change the frequency in the bios

Just solved the problem. I had to put the ram at slots a2 and b2 rather than a1 and b1
