[SOLVED] Why is my memory under perfoming?

So I got this bran new memory and ive been using it for about 2 months now and I decided to do this user benchmark test and it says that my memory is underperforming. It was at 40% as I havent enable XMP but after doing it, it only rose to 53% and thats way below average. Why is that? How do I get it to go up? thanks

It’s running at 2667mhz, does XMP give you the option for 3200mhz?

What cpu and motherboard is this paired with?

Its paired with intel i7-10700k and Asus Prime Z490-A .
There was only an option to enable XMP. thats it

Sorry, I misread it. Is the RAM in the correct slots for when running 2 dimms per motherboard instructions? If no it won’t be running dual channel. Usually slots 2 & 4 counting away from the cpu.

Yeha, that was the problem. I just fixed it by changing that and its running at 91% now. thanks!
