Question Why is my new Hytac Wireless 2.4GHz Mouse lagging?

Hello everyone,

My Wireless 2.4GHz Mouse lags when I don't move it for under 1 minute. Ive tried using every usb port in my laptop but it wont fix it. The only way is to take out and put back in the batteries and keep it constantly moving. Anyone knows whats going on? or experiencing the same thing? I checked and it wasn't my laptop causing it since the box for my computer to turn it off is grey. If It's a sleep mode thing how can I turn it off?

Does the mouse have a support webpage? I’d look for any software that supports the mouse and see if it lets you update the mouses firmware.
