[SOLVED] Why is my PC so laggy?

Hello, everything starts to lagggg. I have:

-GTX 970, i5 4690k,
-B85 Killer Mainboard,
-32GB RAM DDR3,
-SSD 220GB were all my programms are
-HDD 2tb were my videos are.

my graca driver is uptodate
and how is even my youtube lagging? skyrim and even league of legends?? my task manager is all the time saying no problem your fine but im not fine (((

K suffix processor on a B85 chipset? You should've gone for a Z97 chipsetted motherboard. You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU as well as it's age.

Also, which version of Windows 10 are you currently on?
